The panel from my Samsung TV screen started to experience serious problems. From start to finish, Centre Electronique de L'Outaouais, were not only efficient and timely, they were polite and patient. I must of asked the front desk, Melanie, a lot of questions and she patiently answered every one of them. The technician, Nicolas, was extremely courteous, worked cleanly, and also patiently provided answers to the many questions I peppered him with. I would highly recommend this company for any tv issues you may have. They know their stuff!!! Thanks CEO, you're the best!

Jai trouver cette endroit par pure hasard car je cherchait un centre pour reparer mon radio.Jai ete vraiment satisfait du travaille accomplie de la part des employer.Personnel tres gentils prix tres abordable et service rapide.Je ne serait meme pas inquiet a y retourner pour mes reparations futur si ces le cas .Je les recommandes fortements un gros merci encore et continuer votre beau travailles .Guy.

They recently changed the panel on my 7 month old 65'' LG OLED C9. A hideous green vertical line followed up by two off-color vertical bands made the display complete garbage. I almost had a heart attack after I had spent over 4k on this 4k tv. Fortunately, LG took great care of this under warranty. I was unable to be around when the techs showed up, but when I came home, I had a new panel and the dolby atmos home theater was back at full steam. They were professional in phoning me ahead of time to give me a rough estimate on when they would show up. Definitely happy I had two people here that know their stuff. Really appreciate them coming here on a brutally freezing cold Friday.
