Excellent service! I put my older laptop in for an OS upgrade. They undertook a comprehensive diagnostic before starting and found another problem which we were able to fix before it became a major issue. Very polite and efficient people to deal with. Good value for money. They even delivered the laptop back to my home late on a Saturday evening in great working order. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with Bill & Dave Computer Repair and I was extremely pleased by the level of service. They were responsive, forthright, and fair in their pricing. I'm only mildly tech-literate and am always wary of handing over my gaming PC, but it was clearly in good hands! I'll be returning for their services in future.

Great service on a custom build PC. The staff were knowledgeable and responsive. Regular updates were provided with an explanation of the process and outcome. Highly recommend this shop!
