For the past 2 years or so my company has been in business with Y & M. We own a business in Ottawa, downtown area with heavy foot traffic from our customers. It can be difficult for us to find the time to get our store back in order after a long day. During these tough instances, we contact Y & M to assist us in our store restoration. In my 40 years of business experience I dealing with Y&M only last 2 years for my work shop and office space they are professional and reasonable and easy to communicate they never ignore for my request or they never say no Y&M all ways try to find a solution. I had many previous experiences with other commercial clenaing service providers I always had a problem with other companies. Y&M the best I am highly recommend Y&M to all business owners. Jeff P.
