Used Pro Duct Solutions to re-route duct work and also to install a new AC unit. Service was excellent. Zach and the team are professional, knowledgeable, and engaged in their work. Very easy to deal with. I strongly recommend them.

Zach was very nice and accommodated us into their schedule on very short notice, which we really appreciate since we really needed the vents cleaned asap on our dryer, since we were having guests over. The technicians were really nice. They went above and beyond, by helping out move another appliance that was in the way of our dryer, even if they didn't have to. Really appreciated that attitude! They were also very honest about the status of the vents, they said it was all very clean. I am glad we called pro Duct and would definitely call them again for duct cleaning which we would definitely need in future. We would recommend them to anyone!

I hired them to replace my HRV system and it was really quick! I called on Thursday and by Tuesday of the following week they were here, doing the work. The system works well (no more condensation in the bathroom!) and they even sent me a video after explaining how to use it (as well as explaining to me in person). Highly recommend. They also gave me a free estimate.

Very professional and courteous. I had a last second emergency with my air ducts and dryer vent, and Zack was able to accommodate and send over his guys. They were super professional and respected COVID distancing guidelines and the use of masks. Great price as well for the outstanding job performed. This was first time cleaning the vents and I’m very pleased with service and performance of the work order. Highly recommended.
