Great service right from the time I requested a quote. They were prompt, sent frequent reminders and information about the cleaning process. On the day of cleaning they called 30 minutes before just like they said they would. The team came in and were courteous, fast and efficient. Really great experience.

I was very impressed with the company's responsiveness. Text messages with appointment information. The vendor, Lionel, was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly in explaining what was going to happen. Being worried about the loudness of the vacuum for our dog and also helping me understand the air exchange system and the vents. He is definitely the reason why I would use 1CleanAir again and I'm even recommending them to my mother-in-law!

We have used 1Clean several times. Booking an appointment was easy and pleasant. We were able to arrange service quickly. The service crew showed up on time and were professional. Payment can be made on line. So, from start to finish - very good! Happy to recommend.

Lionel and Alexi were an amazing crew, they took the time to explain everything to us. The pictures were very good and the explanation was well done. They made us feel like we the only customers in the day and that they had all the time we needed. It was very hot and the poor guys were working hard, every step was explained and done very well. Love the allergy treatment and the AC cleaning which the crew strongly recommended. A job very well done and I will be using this team again thanks 1clean air team!

Nick and Liam did a fantastic job. Came on time, checked everything out prior to starting, fast and efficient. Gave us some recommendations and even saved us money by finding a better spot to set up! Highly recommend thanks guys!
