Mary Lynn and her team showed up on time and they were totally professional! The cleaning of all our siding and windows was awesome! They are very detailed and ensure the customer is happy with the job. Well we were super pleased with all of it! Outstanding! We recently had our vinyl siding soft washed and our exterior windows cleaned by Gorilla Property Services. We have been debating for the last three years or so whether or not to attempt pressure washing siding on our own and we're so glad we didn't. Wish I'd taken some before and after photos. It looks amazing....like a brand new house. Jim was very prompt at returning my call to discuss the job and we were so pleased to have it done within a week of the initial phone call. The team, led by Jim's wife, was very thorough, respectful of the recent Covid19 physical distancing and took the time to walk around the house with us before and after doing the job to explain everything and ensure that we were completely satisfied when the job was complete. It looks fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend them for any service which they offer. Super job to all!!!! Great job to all

I was looking around for someone to clean our siding and had called a couple of other places before speaking to Jim at Gorilla Property Services. I was impressed by him over the phone and decided to go with him to have our gutters, siding and windows cleaned. I am so glad we did! Mary Lynn and her team were fantastic! Their attention to detail was outstanding. We are very pleased with the final product and plan to highly recommend them to whoever asks us. We look forward to using their services in the future.

Can't say enough good things about this company. They were straight forward, hard working, incredibly honest, and did a 110% job. My house looks five years younger! You don't often get to say this about a company but Jim really is someone who didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver, and in the end delivered a fantastic product. While we set up our appointment he asked questions about the house and made sure I understood that not every kind of wash will work depending on the kind of wear and tear. He made every effort to make sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and knew what results I could and could not expect. Then when they arrived he did a test spot to see if I would be happy with the result and even said I could back out then and there no obligation. There was no need to because I was really impressed with the test spot. In the end I knew what I was paying for, and the result was exactly what I had hoped for all delivered with top notch attention to the customer. Thank you!
