I gathered three quotes for a roof replacement, and found that only one stood out from from the three. Randy came to the house for a site visit, gave me a detailed Scope of Work (SOW), and advised on issues I was unaware of. We discussed the different options for completion, and methods of payment, with a 'no pressure' attitude. We were very pleased to have Remember Me Roofing able to provide service earlier than their anticipated date (January instead of April) with a full complement of Techs, and a completion of under five hours, including cleanup and removal. Exceptional customer service! Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was friendly, knowledgeable and competent! We hired this company 9 years ago after doing lots of research. They came to fix our roof soon after we purchased our home in 2011. We are very satisfied with the work and service then. Fast forward to 2020, we rehired this company to do some more work. The receptionist was very pleasant and effective at booking an appointment for an estimate. Jordan, the sales rep, arrived on time and was very professional. He provided me with honest advice and a fair estimate. The company conducted the work within the estimated timeframe even during the uncertainties of this global pandemic. We received a phone call and an email two-weeks prior to the work, confirming a specific date for the work. On the date they specified (today), the crew called to give a heads up about 45mins before coming. Chris and Randy did an amazing job. They were very pleasant, fixed an unexpected issue (rotten plumbing flange) and gave me a good status report on the state of our roof. Don't settle with companies that do not offer good customer service. I encourage you to give this company a call. You won’t be disappointed!

This year we determined we needed to replace our old roof. I went out for 5 quotes, go back 2 excellence professional responses, and chose Remember Me Roofing based on presentation, price, and warranty. IMHO the installers were skilled, worked very hard, were pleasant, and informative.
