My front door lock broke over the holidays and I called many locksmiths and Citywide seemed the most knowledgeable and professional. I went to there showroom and selected from a huge selection of products from a very knowledgeable person. They sent a locksmith the next day to install the new lock i purchased and I highly recommend them to anyone!!

The technician showed up on time.... He waited at least 10 mins for me to get home and I wasn't charged extra .... I really appreciated that .... He was friendly & professional & he wore a mask ... which is a must now. The owner & staff of Citywide Locksmiths are amazing . I will definitely use their services again & also recommend them .

We used Citywide for our whole house, top to bottom a few years ago. They were extremely knowledgeable on every level of service, from choosing the right hardware for the right application, to installation. Even now, if we need any kind of service or repair, they are immediately available to us. I wouldn't go anywhere else or use anyone else for my locksmith needs. We just replaced our kitchen hardware, and they ordered everything for us in a timely manner. When we opened a couple of handles, they were defective. Citywide replaced them immediately. Quick and easy.
