I needed a drainage engineer to figure out our drain system at the front of the house to help us find what was causing our damp problem. Their rep was very thorough and within an hour had figured out the problem and the drain layout. This company may not be the cheapest but they always go over and above to help you get resolution quickly. Thank you

I panicked when I phoned as I had a flood in my kitchen from a disintegrated pipe but the plumber came early, assessed the situation and immediately got to work. He was positive which allayed my worries. He replaced the piping, put everything back and did numerous checks, including a wash with the washing machine, to make sure everything was completely fixed. They came out within 20 minutes of me phoning them at 6am on a Saturday morning

The plumber arrived promptly and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem and gave me some helpful advice on how to deal with this in the future. I was very relieved to find and efficient service which leave my flat with heating and hot water through the holiday period
