We've used CertaPro before, refinishing our central stairway. We were so impressed by the quality of communication and result that we approached them again to paint a few rooms. Once again, so pleased with them, from start to finish! Debbie's patience in our decision-making, Mark organizing the scheduling and Sam introducing himself via phone|email before starting his work which I appreciated. He kept me informed along the way, leading to another great job. We highly recommend the whole team!

CertaPro was attentive and responded quickly with an estimate. They came to walk through and made detailed notes about my project. I actually like that they write a proposal instead of a short estimate, because that explains the project in its entirety. The colour consultant was helpful and she encouraged us to go with a darker colour on the brick than I had originally envisioned...we are so happy that she did!
