We called them in the evening when our a|c stopped working. They came out that same evening and made the repair!

Many technicians were busy as this seems to be the time of the year they are run off their feet. Allan from B3 promptly showed up within 24 hr. He diagnosed that our problem was not our 15 yr-old outside AC Compressor (“It’s a good quality unit and a workhorse Dave, keep running it!”) but rather an error in our circuit board had reduced airflow to the AC Unit. He reset it, charged me for just a service call and saved us the price of a new unit. Thanks Allan!

B3 is the best AC and heating company I’ve ever dealt with. Alan is responsive, friendly and professional. He came out today, a hot summer evening, when I called and left a message asking for help. 30 minutes later he was here, fixing our AC. A great company that never disappoints.

I'm calling a list of A/C companies looking for a specific service (window A/C unit). I Called B3 and it went to answer service so i hung up without leaving a message as i had a long list. Within 10 minutes they called me back to discuss my call. Getting work done in the home can be a nightmare and most contractors / companies wouldn't bother to follow up. Thats a really good sign that these guys are a reputable company and value customer service. Sadly they don't do window A/C.

We have just finished a very hot 30 deg + heat wave for the past 12 days and felt that our AC system was not working correctly. Alan (and Steve, I believe) were able to drop this afternoon and stayed for at most an hour. They were polite, professional, trusting, and resolved our issue (new capacitor, refrigerant top-up, and check cleanliness of system). Great company, great service. And this wasn't even Alan's AC installation - he did our furnace/humidified a few years ago. A great guy and I'd be 100% happy to use him again and recommend him highly! Can't say enough.
