In the beginning, Ash was able to answer my questions and follow up with ADT to make sure everything is ready to go. The special offer from ADT was ended way earlier than Aug 31st but he put a special request so that when I moved in I could still get the offer. (Was able to put the order before the offer ends but the activation starts when I move in so it saves money as well!) . When the technician was late due to unexpected circumstance, Ash showed up in 10min with his coworker. He explained what happened and installed all of the equipment on time. He went through step by step for demo to use panels, cameras, and smart lock door. He also got the another help to troubleshoot when I wanted to change password on my locks over the phone. How convenient :) ! The alarm test went well, just warning the alarm is very loud and scary, which is what I want for intruders. Highly recommended! Better than get installed from a big company :)
