I've been with Safe Tech for 15+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else! - they provide good service, and their monitoring center is great. Any concerns I've ever had, have been addressed efficiently with great customer service. I would highly recommend them

Our system was installed in 2016. The new equipment installation process (including old security equipment removal) was performed smoothly and with due care. The ongoing monitoring services and customer services were reliable and responded in a professional and timely manner. Lastly, the monitoring rate is very competitive among the industry.

We switched recently to Safe Tech Alarms because of the poor service that we had been receiving elsewhere. We are very pleased with the quick and attentive service that we have received so far. They came out to check our old system and were able to suggest how it could be improved. I like that it has a local address and phone that is answered quickly. by a real person.With our previous provider we waited online for lengthy periods in order to speak with someone from a large well known company and often got long menu choices that only led to more waiting. Happy to switch to Safe Tech.

With safety concerns on the rise, I found myself sleeping lightly and constantly worried at night about the security of my home and family. Safe Tech came recommended by another family member. From my first call, it was very easy to understand and determine the best system application for my home. Installation was quick and before I knew it, my system was up a running. The sense of security I now have at night and while I am away is tremendous and it also helps keep an eye on the kiddo's movements during the day. I would highly recommend Safe Tech if you are considering a new security system and at a very reasonable monthly cost!

Our business have our burglary and fire alarm with Safe Tech for over 6 yrs. Great customer service with prompt responses (thanks Sharon!), never had an issue with their system. Customer Services/Technician very professional, polite, gives me excellent explanations, answers my questions and validates my understanding.
