Mark, the technician assigned to us, was on time, introduced himself very cordially, explained clearly what he would be doing, was very efficient and thorough with his work, walked us through his work once he was done, and left the place fairly clean. His attitude was positive, energetic, and accommodating. Overall very satisfied with his work. I would give 5 stars but there is always room for improvement.

Got our ducts cleaned last week. The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. The tech on the other hand showed up 1 hour late without notice. He did a very good job, I just would have appreciated a heads up that he was going to be late. Overall, job well done.

Booking with Christine was a pleasure. She was accommodating , efficient, knowledgeable and highly personable . The technician who came, Mikhail, was wonderful. He came to my home exactly on time. He walked through the house with me and explained the job thoroughly. He asked if I had any question before he began. I mentioned that I was concerned about the equipment potentially scuffing up any of our new gleaming white paint work, and Mikhail the proceeded to put buffers at points of contact for our protection ! When all the work was done I was shown a of video of what my ducts looked like, and it certainly made me glad I had them cleaned. I was thoroughly impressed with Christine and Mikhail, and by extension Power Vac! I would absolutely recommend their services.

Very impressed. We had called two weeks ago to set up an appointment and they were very accommodating for our schedules. We were told a technician would be there around 8am, on a Saturday, and was I ever surprised that someone was there just before 8am. The technician was very professional in his workmanship and courteous enough to explain everything he was going to do in case I had any questions or doubts. I will definitely be calling this team again when I require a service of their specialty.

Greg was a delight to have servicing my ductwork. I found a company that was quite a bit more expensive. I am very pleased with everything that was provided. Would recommend this company to others.
