D'Angelo and Sons | Eavestrough Repair & Roofing Oakville

The crew wore masks the entire time during eavestrough repair( appreciated - my mother-in-law is elderly). When the work was done they cleaned up after themselves and made sure we're satisfied with the service.

I don't have any complaints, their team was skilled and easy to work with. As a bonus, they also took a look at our house roof and fixed a few missing shingles.

I work with Dangelo for many years and will never go with another contractor in Oakville! Whether it's a gutter installation or roof repair there're the best in the business!

I hired D’Angelo to do some eavestrough/downspout work for me several months ago. I chose this place as the Hanilton D’Angelo crew did my roof several years ago and I was happy with the service. I also was impressed with the great reviews. One of my second story downspouts fell from eavestrough after a windstorm and some of the others needed to be secured. The quote I got over the phone seemed a bit high. They demanded my credit card number to secure a spot and said they would only charge my card half the amount at the time and the rest when job was complete. I noticed the next day I was charged the full amount on my credit card. I called to complain and they reversed half the charge. The worker came to do the job much quicker than I anticipated. He was a bit rough around the edges but seemed to know what hs was doing. He told me he could only replace the one that fell and would have to return another time to secure the rest as one was on the roof and it was raining. Understandable as a legitimate safety concern. I told him there were several loose downspouts that I paid to have secured including one in front of house. He completed the replacement downspout in less than an hour. And returned the next day. I was gone most of the next day and when I returned I went to check on the rest of downspouts. It appeared he had returned to secure the downspouts but missed the one in front and one in back was loosely secured and needed to be re-done. I called the office early the next day. The man that answered listened to my concerns and ensured that the guy that did the work would return promptly as he just happened to be in the area that morning. He arrived within a few hours and I told him he didn’t secure the one in front and the one in back was still loose. I had to show him as he didn’t believe me. I told him I paid a lot of money for the work and I wanted it done right. He actually had the gall to say the amount wasn’t that much and I replied it was for me. He completed the work and so far it has held up very well through some very windy days. I was not satisfied with the amount D'Angelo charged for the minimal time spent to do the work and few materials But they were the only company that could complete the work within a week and I am very pleased with the work they did for me. Update: After contacting the company about my complaint about the charge, a manager at D'Angelo contacted me directly and gave me a partial refund on the work. I thought that was an excellent gesture on their part and that is why I am now giving them a 4 star review and would definitely consider using them in the future. They did great work on my roof more than 5 years ago and the work on the downspouts was excellent as well. And they do seem to care about customer service as they listened to my complaint and dealit profesionally with it. So I would recommend D'Angelo for your eavestrough and roofing needs.
