I am extremely impressed and happy with both service and quality. I contacted the company fairly late in the year for a roofing quote, Afshin responded to my inquiry quickly and promptly scheduled meeting to discuss scope of work. Three other local companies either got back to my response late, or no response. We went on the roof to inspect current condition and review my concerns. Afshin provided resolutions that met both my quality expectations and budget. The quote was received the same day as promised. He was extremely professional and respectful. Afshin worked around his schedule and my schedule to have my roof done on the warmer days of October. The crew came and completed my roof within the day, they also provided site protection surrounding the roof vicinity. The work was completely in good quality, and the site was magnet swept clean. We went on the roof at the end of day to review the finished work and answer any questions I had. When I had concern a week after, Afshin took prompt response to my need. I am very happy with the service, the quality, and the experience as a whole. Would recommend.

Went with Tactic to completely replace my roof and the work was outstanding. Minor issue happened with heavy rain and they showed up on time as promised under warranty to inspect and repair. Honest advice given to me regarding the roof. Was job well done! would recommend to anyone.
