We cannot begin to express how much we love the staff at Evergreen Retirement Community . They have always been supportive, caring , kind and helpful. However never had this been more important than during this time . As an only child having my mom taken care of by this facility has been a God send . They have always been available to answer all our questions, and concerns promptly with care, love and patience . It is so clear how much everyone cares for the residents and how much of a “ family “ they all consider themselves to be . They have maintained the utmost care in establishing clear and concise protocols and have remained free of any outbreak - a true blessing in this scary time . The sale process was remarkably easy and the team did a great job in preparing my Mom’s unit for her arrival. There were a nice variety of designs to choose from. When she first moved in, my mother raved about the meals and all the activities. Unfortunately Covid hit two months later and based on provincial guidelines the many fun things had to be curtailed. Throughout this trying ordeal, the staff have been wonderful. They seem to really care. Email inquiries are answered promptly by management and we hope that things can soon get back to normal with lots of social activities for the residents.

The staff at Evergreen are friendly and work hard to keep the residents safe and ensure their well-being especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. It took me months to research for a suitable location for my family member. Once I entered Evergreen I new it was the most suitable location. I can rest easier knowing my family member is safe. Thank you to all the Evergreen Frontline and essential staff...your service is greatly appreciated.
