Even though I have not or have yet to use Sykes, I am very appreciative of the time they took to help me on the phone (two times now). So far, I would recommend this business.

We had Sykes upgrade our aluminium wiring, they pigtailed all outlets, switches as per code. The work was done as per the quotation, and there were no hidden charges. The work was performed on time and the employees were very knowable , had great work ethics and worked as a team to get the work done on time. Highly professional, courteous and efficient team of electricians. They replaced all the knob and tube wiring in our house in three painless days, cleaned up diligently each day and did all the patching beautifully. It could not have been better.

We had originally booked with another company to remove knob and tube, but they put us off for 3 weeks. We called Sykes Electric and they were here the same day for a quote! The quote matched the total at the end, there were no hidden costs, and the entire house was done less than a week after starting. The crew was polite, efficient, and tidy.
