Quality work, great customer service. My kitchen sink was leaking, and my washer standpipe was blocked, so I called Parsons. The plumber was out the next day, and showed me that my 50-year-old drain system was beginning to disintegrate. He installed new drain and parts, and put me in contact with someone to help me with the standpipe (who also turned out to be great). The bill was extremely fair, and they even called back to help me with questions I had about the work. Will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs from now on!

I needed a new hot water tank, and they were one of the dealers of the brand I had. The fellow I spoke with said he wasn't sure he had a tech free, and suggested that I call around, since my need was urgent. He freely gave me a recommendation for a competitor, which was much appreciated. That made me feel as though he had my interests at heart, instead of trying to make a buck at my expense. I thought that spoke of integrity and customer oriented priorities.

Great service top to bottom. Walked us through all the steps of the job prior to the work. Went off without a hitvh.

Fantastic job! Very quick, Clean and efficient and relatively cost effective. Not easy I’m sure on a hundred plus year old house.
