My AC hasn't been keeping up for a few years despite cleaning and servicing, so with the early heat this summer we decided it was time to get the unit replaced. Spoke to a rep on Sunday (called me even though they were off that day), had the quote on Monday, had the work done on Thursday . Super fast and responsive, and the only reason it took this long is that Wednesday was a stat holiday. My crew was Ray and Corey, really friendly guys, genuinely helpful and upfront about some issues that weren't expected when the quote was completed. We agreed to some changes on the spot, had all the new work approved at no additional cost, and three hours later my house is finally staying cool. Highest recommendation.

Great service and fast installation. They've installed both my furnace and hot water tank over the last few years and I've been impressed at their professionalism. Call them and they'll give you a no BS quote. What do you have to lose?

Excellent experience all around! The Sales Rep Terry was great! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The Techs were fantastic! Kyle and Dillon (AKA Ernie and Ernie) were Very professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, and great to be around! I definitely recommend this Team!⅞

We are now enjoying the cool air! Thank you for doing beautiful work: a complicated job on our older two storey house. We highly recommend Reliable.
