Mr. Furnace Heating and Air Conditioning

We started having issues with our furnace and when I called, Joel was professional and attentive. I felt that he was concerned with our situation and wanted to get things up and running for us. They responded quickly and the technician they sent was also very courteous and professional. The experience was all around excellent. Great Job Mr. Furnace!

Joel was great to deal with. They didn't charge a dime until after the work was complete. Had them clean a furnace at a rental house. They were very professional with my tenant. I'll get them to do my home and a couple more rentals.

Honest! Unlike two of their competitors that we had called first. The first cleaned the unit, but then ''could not'' pinpoint the problem, and for the vaguest of reasons insisted that our furnace had to be replaced. This, although I suspected what the problem was, pointed them to it, and asked them to return with the part (a high limit switch). They did, regretted they had got the wrong part, pretended to measure that the switch was functioning at the correct temperature, which was a blatant lie, and then pushed their new equipment. The second competitor arrived at the same conclusion, and sent his salesman who tried long and hard to convince us to buy a new furnace, preferably with a new AC as well. Luckily, I didn't buy any of it. We called Mr. Furnace, and their tech vigorously dismissed the ''garbage'' verdict, diagnosed that switch in little over a minute, replaced it, and voila! This saved us costly new equipment plus a complicated installation including changes to the water heater, saved the landfill from a perfectly good furnace, and saved us the indignity of throwing out our money for the sole purpose of lining the pockets of unscrupulous businesses. As a service person myself, I know there are honest mistakes. Those were not. Go with Mr. Furnace. They even charged less.

I wanted to Thank Joel and Dave for their excellent service. Dave was on time, repaired my furnace and was under budget. This is greatly appreciated. Thank-you Ben.
