Fast and affordable service. My central AC broke in the middle of a hot day so I called GD to see if they can accommodate a rush job and Lito didn't even hesitated and came to my house in just 15mins! He knew the issue right away and replaced the part that's busted and literally saved me from a dreaded hot day.

Lito was very responsive and really lives by his motto ''we do not just sell; we provide solutions''. Lito was willing to problem solve with me and explained everything very thoroughly so that I was able to make an informed decision. He provided me with options and discussed the risks of my options. I ended up going with the suggested repairs because the risk benefit of waiting was not worth it. Lito's prices are so competitive it was not worth considering any other service and given his many years in the industry- very well worth it! Thanks Lito and team. I will be in touch in the summer when I need my air conditioning assessed! Also, I learned that when you install a new Carrier AC/Furnace system you need to register it and this will cover the system for 10 years warranty. Because the previous owners of my house did not register the system I was not able to access the warranty. Lito said when he installs his business registers the system on behalf of the client. Pro tip- always register for warranty! It could save you or the future people living in a space thousands of dollars.
