Great service! We replaced our furnace and hot water tank 2 weeks ago. The service was very excellent, professional, fast and friendly. Rob (the advisor)did a great job, knowledgeable, explained us everything and offered us the fair prices. Tim and Dave also did the great job for installation our furnace, professional, fast and cleaned, they explained us every questions we had. The electrician was polite, very friendly and did the perfect job for installation hot water tank. We were very pleased with the quality and service we received and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Shaun C came to our home today to do our maintenance for our furnace. He was simply amazing in every way. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. In our 30 years with this company Shaun is the best technician we have ever had. We simply cannot say enough about how he took the time to explain in great detail about the proper use of the equipment, extra cleaning and things we can do to protect our investment. Thank you Shaun for the amazing service today and going forward, he is our technician. I will be booking him to come from now on.

Started from Shawn who checked my circuit board, he was honest and gave us option and we knew it was a matter of time till we had to upgrade, then Kelly came to discuss financing options. Kelly’s service stood out the most as he showed us different options. He brought in portable heaters to help heat the house and most of all, gave awesome advise on how to maintain our water pipes from freezing while waiting for installation! It was not expected! Then came install day, I missed their names but the two man crew was very respectful, timely, professional and kept their workstation clean! They did a great job! Great job Furnasman crew!!

Lost heat @ 8pm and tried to resolve ourselves by resetting the furnace. Still no luck so we called Furnasman. They had a tech Shaun C arrive same day. Very Fast response. Professional and Courteous. Resolved issue quickly and provided answer to all questions. Will use them again in future and request this tech.

I woke up to a very cold house and Jason quickly found a service tech to come rescue us. Shaun S was prompt, courteous and quickly fixed our issue. He explained everything we needed done. I would happily recommend Furnasman to any family or friends. 5 star service
