Advance Technical Service - Apple Authorized Service Provider

They are very friendly and helpful. I would suggest everyone to visit this place incase you want any technical repair or support. They are easy much better than Apple in polo park. I got my iPhone back on promised date and it's working so well now. They shared me updates as well.

Went over and above with patience to address issue with phone. Friendly, respectful with great humour!!! Never once showed frustration while I explained or visited for assistance..!! Will tell all my coworkers about the superior fast service this store gives!!!

Great service. Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brought in my phone that had water damage. Knew right away what the possibilities of recovery were. Was informative throughout the time that I was there. Pointed out problems from a previous repair which I wasn't even aware of, which was the fact that during a screen replacement, they did not replace the seal. Phone had corrosion on some of the contacts. He cleaned it all up and got my phone running good as new. Highly recommend this shop for iphone repairs. Will go back again without hesitation. Oh. And if you want to show your appreciation for his efforts, he likes dark roast coffee. Still have to bring him the one I promised. :)

My Mom's iPhone 7's ear speaker wasn't working properly and Siri wasn't picking up on her voice at all. My mom is blind and relies on Siri to make calls, text and everything else that she needs. I made my appointment online thorough apple.ca and Paul was right on time! He was very polite, knowledgeable and let me know everything that needed to be done to make the phone work again. He was patient and kind as well. I left there at 10:20am and by 11:20am was told the phone was fixed and ready to go! He had fixed all the issues and was sure to let me know to come straight back if anything wasn't working properly for my Mom. Beats having to go to any Apple store! Thanks Paul!
