After a few years with another provider I decided to try Cleanr. I hired them to do a spring clean up, aeration, and weekly service. I'm really happy with the quality of service, and my lawn has started to recover from years of ''just cutting''. As we're approaching the end of the growing season, I fully intend to have them perform a fall clean up and retain their services for next year as well.

Always good to deal with. This year, the team accidentally broke a sprinkler head, but they immediately let me know and offered to pay for it. (I didn't accept, it was an accident, but I appreciated the offer.)

They confirmed the appointment for June 1, however didn’t show up. Been almost 2 weeks, and still no call. Disappointed as I stayed home the entire day to make sure I didn’t miss them. Time to call a different company. ***June 17/2020 after our initial review, the owner of the company left a voicemail on our home phone asking for us to call him directly. I spoke with him today and he professionally explained where there was a breakdown in communication. I accept his explanation, and have changed my review to 4 stars. I do fully believe that the owner was not at fault for the missed appointment, and I will consider calling them for a quote next year. I appreciated the quick, honest and professional response.
