Enviro-Steem Carpet, Upholstery and Duct Cleaning

Had a consult to view an area rug for cleaning. Thankful for the visit, because it turned out a cleaning might ruin the rug! We instead got some great advice for at-home solutions and maintenance. Pretty outstanding for a business to be so helpful and nice, even if they know they can’t make a sale at the time. We will surely use them for our carpets in the future.

From start to finish Jim and his team do excellent work! They arrived early, had shoe coverings and rags, and even moved my furniture in the way. The guys were polite, very careful around my 5 month old baby while cleaning carpets and left my home with a job done above and beyond what I expected. We were delighted with the service and the professionalism of Enviro-Steem. We had three rugs that required special attention. Two were high quality rugs that had been neglected and were restored beautifully...beyond expectations., On a third rug, they agreed to test it and make a recommendation to see if it could be saved. They determined it would not be worth the cost of cleaning and disposed of it with our permission. We will have them clean other rugs as needed. In addition to the work they were informative and pleasant to deal with.

I'm well into my 60's and without a doubt Jim and crew are the best carpet cleaners I've ever had. They arrived on time, were very friendly and did an AMAZING job of cleaning my heavily soiled/stained off-white carpet. Thank you.
