Thank you to Romeo for resolving the issue with our bathtub drain! His investigation was thorough and his expertise really showed. After two prior inspections (not by MidCity Plumbers) we were thrilled to have the issue resolved by Romeo in just one visit. Romeo also took the time to explain what he was doing, and why. Very impressed and would call again if we need plumbing services in the future.

This is by far the best plumbing company I’ve ever used. Stephen has even helped me over face time to get my hot water back up and running at 10 at night. They really go above and beyond. Definitely recommend, 5 stars.

Romeo came to our house and resolved out leaking taps very fast. He tried to switch the o-rings to save us money, but was not able to. He took the time to explain to us it was the cartridge and nothing to do with the o-rings. He is knowledgeable and fixed both our bathrooms. I would definitely use this company again, their pricing is fair and very customer friendly service.

MidCity Plumbers has not only been a Godsend in restoring our health and home with heat and hot water, but they are hard working, respectful and very impressive individuals that take pride in there work. They actually go the extra mile to make sure you and your family are safe, when they work and when they have completed they're work . I would personally recommend MidCity Plumbers and the Owner Stephen to anyone above any other Plumbing Company...their team and experience shows. God bless you guys😅

I was in a pickle (felt like a whole jar of pickles) - my furnace was throwing a flame sensor code. Of course, my colleague said, CALL STEVE! Steve picked up right away and am I EVER the happiest woman to have called him. Steve facetimed me through the process and wouldn't you know the furnace has a heartbeat again. He's encouraging, supportive, and darn good at this. Who knew that I could fix my furnace over the phone. He even complimented that I had the right tools... I will be gloating to my boyfriend later about how I fixed the furnace. Love this guy, love the service - I will be calling again when I need an amazing person! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
