I’ve called Lonsdale plumbing as my hot water tank stopped working. Before hand, I tried for a day to diagnose the problem and still it wasn’t working. Paul from L.P. Offered to just come to have a look just so I am informed. “ I’ve never seen that from a trade to offer service without monetary exchange”! He noticed the problem right away and gave me info about next step. He suggested I ring around different companies to have quotes. I have rang around and my wife and I decided to go with L.P. Because of the connection that we have created with Paul who owns this company and also he is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve asked paul to change our hot water tank and he moved everything on his schedule to do my tank right away and give us our hot water back. Most companies were going to make me wait 5-6 days. The tank and plumbing above the tank were done neatly and fast for a very competitive price! We are thrilled to have discovered his business as we already have referred him to friends.
