Doug was prompt, kind and detailed about how work. My BOSCH Hot Water On Demand unit was giving me cool water time to time! Doug checked the filter and the incoming psi ... le voila! All cleaned and adjusted by the hour! I was so very impressed with his congenial way of looking after a complicated unit. Well done! Now my Bed & Breakfast guests will be assured of nice, long. Please note that this is their Discount Centre which is close to their Main Street location at the back side street. Great place for your plumbing supplies. They are very knowledgeable. They also offer plumbing services and have been around in business for a very long time. Street parking. #letsguide

These guys were fantastic, came to run a natural gas line to my outdoor fireplace, had it done it two hours and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for anything more, ever time I need something they are right on it. Thanks, Grant

I used Uncle Bill's Hillcrest (MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT UNCLE BILL AND NOT THE OTHER HILLCREST) to install a high-efficiency heater. They did a great job. An issue arose, and their technician stayed until 7 pm on New Years Eve to get the job done correct. They were a pleasure to do business with, fair pricing and kind respectful service. Very COVID safe. Would (will) use again.
