Paul is an amazing guy. I called this morning about toilet leak that we didn’t know where it was coming from. He so helpful and very accommodating. He came right away to check where the leak was and fix it right away. His rate is reasonable and easy to negotiate. You can tell that he’s not a greedy plumber . Nowadays, it’s hard to find a cheap, reliable and honest plumber. Paul is kind, reliable and honest man. The name of the company speaks for itself, “ Well Done, Paul.”

I have been a homeowner for nearly 25 years and have used a fair number of service technicians for various repairs. I can honestly say that Paul is one of a kind. Honest , on time , very reasonable rates along with free estimates that don’t all of a sudden change at the last minute. I looked around when having my hot water tank replaced and believe me when I say that there is a wide difference in pricing for no apparent reason other than price gouging. Very professional and excellent communication. He arrived earlier and did a perfect job. He caulked a small crack as well. He quoted the price ahead of time and charged the same. He wore mask all the time following the protocol. I strongly recommend.
