Rocky Point Heating installed a new high efficiency furnace at my townhouse and also installed some new duct work as part of a renovation in my living room. Marco and his team were prompt, knowledgeable, and did quality work, ensuring that I was satisfied with the job.

1st time service on furnace, didn't know what to expect. Mark was very responsive to my questions and gave excellent preventive advice. His service was prompt and invoicing very clear, detailed and pricing very reasonable. I will have Mark back soon to do the servicing on our AC and will eventually have him back for replacement of furnace and AC when the time is right. I highly recommend Rocky Point/Mark for any of your hvac needs.

Marco was quick to respond to my concerns. He will give you straight up and honest answers. I would recommend him to anyone.

Marco was key to keeping my family safe and warm this winter, finding an issue with a furnace heat exchange on a routine service call. In the end we decided to replace the furnace and install a heat pump. Marco was super professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I would highly recommend Marco and his team for your big or small HVAC needs.
