Finding Firefly was a completely unexpected experience. All I did was search for a place nearby that could fix a Mac. What I encountered was the most amazing surprise in friendly and efficient service, and two wonderful personalities. Both my laptop and iPhone were fixed that same afternoon at a very affordable price, and the friendly owners were an absolute joy to chat with. Knowledgeable and genuine. I 100% recommend this place!

I had done some research on replacing the SSD in my 2012 MacBook Pro, brought it in and was met by the most knowledgeable business owners ever! They gave me recommendations that would be proper for my situation, never felt oversold, and I totally trusted every word because you can tell that both Hannah (Anna?) and Yuri know their stuff!! Worth every penny - the cleaning, hardware replacements, RAM expansion... Really an unexpectedly positive experience. Also it was done over night so turn around was on point too... I have nothing but nice things to say.

I had my Apple Beats Studio3 headphones repaired at Firefly Electronics. The headband broke and needed a new piece installed and rewired. They did an amazing job sourcing a replacement piece at a good price (including install) that also matched the color of my Studio3 headphones. The cost of this repair through Apple would've been more than double what I paid at Firefly. They do good work, they do fast work, and they are the only repair shop I could find for my Studio3 headphones!

So the first time I came was because someone ran over my headphone wires with a vacuum and split it in 2. I took it to firefly and they fixed it right up. Then I accidentally tripped over the wires and broke the plug. Again they fixed it right up and I swear they made them sound better. Today, they gave me a new wire for my headphones and they sound as good as new. The reason why I don't buy new ones is because of people like firefly. I highly recommend them.
