Terry fixed my Electric Scooter that had damaged wires this summer. I thought I was going to have the write off the scooter but he was able to fix it perfectly and saved the scooter. Great service and great value.

Terry was so lovely. He diagnosed and repaired my tv very quickly and even gave me options & pricing. Great communication, very reasonable pricing, super fast repair and wonderful customer service :)

Contacted Terry after reading good reviews. He emailed me back within a few hours with a quick diagnosis of what might be the problem and price quote. Dropped off TV and he called few days later with what might be the issue/price and advised had to order parts. Price he quoted me was definitely reasonable to try to fix a 65'' TV which was only 5 years old. Damn these LED TVs nowadays. He had advised me it was a 50/50 chance it will be fixed. Appreciate the honest diagnosis. Also he does not charge anything if not fixable. Unfortunately when parts came in, the issue was still not fixed and Terry did not charge me anything as he stated. Definitely highly recommend Terry/Excel Electronics for his professionalism and quick service.
