We have used JAN-PRO for our office cleaning for a few years now, and we love them. Alfredo is who works with us, and he is such a nice man and makes sure that he is doing a great job. We feel totally taken care of by Alfredo. Cindy, the quality assurance and Operations Manager is also very good. They have mastered the art of customer service. They are very quick to respond when we need to make any changes. Thank you JAN-PRO and Alfredo!

We recently used Jan-pro for our office cleaning and we are very impressed with how thorough and meticulous the cleaning and sanitizing was. Excellent customer service as well - we would highly recommend their services for any commercial business!

We have been using Jan-Pro for a few years now as our office cleaning providers and they are fantastic. Our service Quality Assurance and Operations Manager Cindy has been so understanding and attentive while we changed our services many times while we adjusted our office usage due to COVID. Our cleaning team Daisy and Calvin are wonderful. Always provide amazing cleaning services, attention to detail, respond so quickly to any of my request and are always one step ahead of me as to what we need. It is a joy to work with the team at Jan-Pro and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a office cleaning provider.

Jan Pro has amazing customer service, flexible options, and really work with you to deliver the best service for you. We hired them for a one time clean and the place was spotless afterwards. They are also very professional and were 100% clear on what they did and did not cover, processed the appropriate contracts, etc. Would definitely recommend them to both professional and personal environments!

We have hired many cleaning companies, Jan-Pro by far has been the most professional, responsive and friendly. We are very happy with the work they are doing. We've only had them for a month and it's been so much better than who we hired previously! Thanks so much! We are happy customers.
