My thick plush light cream color carpets were so soiled and Mark( Nic name Tony) came and cleaned them and all the stains are gone. They look brand new. We are so happy with this company. I called them again and they are coming next week to to clean our dryer and do our kitchen sink grout as well. I would highly recommend this company. Mark was fantastic. Friendly, professional and gave me little plastic booties to wear till my carpets dried.
