Zia was a true professional, he sold our town home in the Gabriola complex with a full price offer within 24 hours on the market. Incredible marketing job, great pictures and drone footage. Would recommend Zia and his team to anyone and everyone who is looking for realtor services.

I want to take a minute and share our House Hunting Journey, Kory Prince contacted us as we began looking for a home...since we looked at a Listing online he had advertised...it asked us for our Email, then continued to send us updates. About 9 months later I contacted him again to say we had engaged with another Realtor but if he wanted he could narrow our search, he obliged and we found the Perfect Home for our Family...he got us info on the listing. before REW.CA could by a couple days...that was a great turning point for us, we feel it gave us an advantage to get in front of this homeowner sooner than expected and Close the Deal. If you want someone who gets the listings out ahead of time and genuinely wants too help, reach out to Kory and his team...

Very comprehensive listings. Easy to read and browse through, on mobile. Service was good and the leads fell into the parameters that I specified.

Kory's group has been amazing. He really does listen to your needs and without any pressure he finds you amazing listings. I definitely had specific requirements for my next home that a traditional Google search couldn't do. I think I would have driven other realators crazy with my demands. He really made things so simple. Please please reach out to him for your real estate needs. Seriously everyone, he speaks to you like a person and really cares about you!
