The only company I’d trust on my property. A proper and respectful young man named Brett did some work on my property, I have to recommend him to anyone who needs water damage repair services done. This young man knows his stuff.

We had water damage on main floor of our house. We went through a claim from our insurance company and got assigned with Kevin, along with his team members Harmeet & Alex from Service Master to assist us with all the initial restoration and clean-up activities. All these Service Master guys were very professional, timely, helpful to answer my many queries and did their job very timely. I am Happy to report the good quality of service and work that they did for us.

My floor was severely damaged after a flood in the apartment, and my claim was managed by Matt and Kevin's team. The service they provided was superb, and it went beyond of what I expected. The team was responsive, professional and efficient with their work. They moved all my belongings and furniture out, changed the floors of the entire apartment, and then moved everything back. So when I got home it looked the same except the neatly done new floor. I was very impressed with the quality of the service and overall work considering the fact that they did everything within a couple of days.There were some minor issues during the entire process but they were always willing to fix everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Very organized, Kevin the project manager was on the top of the work, quality service and in minimal time. I would definitely recommend using their service.

Kevin Ngo was outstanding in customer service and client care as the Project Manager for ServiceMaster throughout the restoration of my basement. He always provided immediate follow up to any service request or concern that I had. Kevin was always prompt and provided adequate notice prior to on-site visits or services by Servicemaster employees. Kevin was a thorough, consistent, and an accommodating communicator. He communicated via phone/text/email/on-site visits. Kevin would modify his busy schedule to accommodate mine whenever possible. He was impeccably organized in the coordination and preparation of the Content Removal and Return Process.
