We had a leak happen in the unit above us that affected our unit as well. Belfour was quick and easy to work with. They fixed everything to the way it was; even some ways better. Their techs were friendly and very professional.

I had a massive leak from the apartment above - the renovation took a few months and Belfor could not have been more professional and amazing! Seriously, every trade that came was on time, knew their craft and was lovely to work with. The project manager (person who put it all together) was so efficient and kind (I was a little stressed:) and he made it all so easy for me. I can't recommend this company highly enough!!!

Being over 70 and having suffered a previous flooding to our condominium we were very apprehensive and frustrated to get repairs. Project Manager, Houston FAYE immediately relieved our fears as he guided us through the restoration. Houston is a compassionate person who communicated regularly and efficiently scheduled the trades people throughout this project. Belfor employees along with sub contracted trades people were punctual, polite and did excellent work. Beyond insurance we had several upgrades done. The upgrades were done smoothly, reasonably and without difficulty to us. I would highly recommend Belfor for anyone requiring this type of service

Belfor provided excellent service to repair an apartment damaged by water from another unit. They explored and provided alternative lower cost yet equal quality repairs to the flooring. We engaged Belfor to do additional work including repairing and repainting ceiling and interior walls which was conducted professionally with reasonable pricing. The project manager Alex in particular was consistently responsive to all our inquiries. A very pleasant experience in a difficult situation.

Houston Faye was exceptional! Work was done on time and very professional! We had a flood in our basement and we are extremely happy with ease of process and how everything was handled! Would highly recommend!
