Pearl Kezele & Jason Fitzpatrick are one of the best realtor in Montreal! Highly experienced, customer focused, trustworthy, flexible, quick to respond and always available to address any query or an ask you may have. I hired Pearl & Jason two years back to sell my previous house (one home). At that time market was not doing so great and instead of selling my house at lower price, Pearl and Jason suggested to rent out instead selling at lower price. This showed that they care their customer over their commission! They found wonderful tenants who kept my house super clean. After 1.5 years my house was sold at much higher price than what I was expecting at first place. In additional I got rental income too! Definitely would recommend!
