When we bought our place and lived in toronto and needed a property manager, we started with a different company and it was a nightmare. Endless problems and difficulties. Downtown Suites was recommended to us and we switched and it was amazing experience. A complete contrast to the first company. Lisa, Marcella, Ruby and the rest of the team are so incredibly warm and engaging while still being consummate professionals. Incredibly responsive and always got back to us. They just took care of everything. We were in such good hands and felt so secure even though we were miles away. We moved back to town and moved into our suite. They made sure it all went well and gave great advice along the way. They think of everything. We will miss dealing with the team but we are very appreciative and highly endorse their work.
