I’m very satisfied with the service. Gurm was very helpful and efficient, my previous management company couldn’t rent out my property for long time and didn’t communicate with me at all, after I changed to Dexter, Gurm rented it out for me within a week or so, he’s very easy to communicate, I know my property is in good hands so I don’t need to worry about anything. Highly recommend this service.

I was referred to Dexter PM from a work colleague. Daryl and Gurm helped us list our 2-bedroom condo for rent. They found a great tenant quickly and now manage our suite. Great service! 5 Stars!

I've always searched for tenants for my rental properties myself. Doing all the showings, background checks etc... However, this time around things were just too busy getting close to the holidays so I reached out to Russ Au Yeung at Dexter PM to help me with the tenant placement on a newly vacant apartment. Russ must have shown the place about 30 times within 3 weeks and ultimately found a tenant whom appears to be an absolute top notch tenant. I met this new tenant for the first time last week and am extremely happy with the placement as you can often immediately tell what type of tenant they would be by things they do and say prior to moving in. I'm extremely satisfied with the time and work Russ put in to help me place this new tenant I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family for any future needs.
