This place is managed by the owners, so you needs can be met in a timely manner. I recommend any of these apartments, as they are in great locations close to amenities and easy transit to downtown Vancouver.

I stayed at their Chesterfield location for 3 months and had an overall great stay. Very comfortable and convenient location, kind and caring owners. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you're staying in North vancouver.

My wife and I rented the Lonsdale Quay apartment for 4 months. It was a very enjoyable experience. We loved the area and apartment. Alicia and Emilio were very hospitable and had everything organized for us upon our arrival. They gave us a great virtual walkthrough beforehand off their iphone and gave us confidence in renting. Stayed temporarily for work and was perfect. Great location for downtown Vancouver. Very good price for that location. Loved the stroll to the Seabus every day.

I lived with my partner at CapCondo Unit near Capilano river for nearly 2.5 years and our experience was awesome. Alicia and Emilio were supportive and caring throughout the stay. They took care of minute details and were responsive in nature. The unit is well organized with all kitchen appliances, utilities and furniture. It's very close to Park Royal shopping mall, bus stop, Cleavland dam and grocery stores. In the summer times, you can enjoy the beauty of Grouse mountain from the balcony. We will definitely miss the place as it has lots of our memories. Thank you for your hospitality.
