Just submitted my application for a place with Keaton giving a great virtual tour. Very responsive on inquiries prior to the showing and very knowledgeable about the unit. Won't hesitate to look at other properties with them even if I'm not accepted for my current application.

Keaton called me for a 15-minute phone call that ended up closer to 30-minutes in which he shared his no-BS advice for finding a place here in Vancouver. He said he talks to people like me so he has a better perspective on what tenants are thinking, which helps him help landlords. Who wouldn't want to work with someone who goes the extra mile like that?

Worked with Keaton in renting out my apartment in Richmond. Experience was great and would definitely work with him again in the future. Fees are reasonable as well.
