I would like to share my opinion about our latest property manager, Elena Vinarskaia who is our third property manager in the space of one year. Elena has been a refreshing change as we are in regular contact and there has been no need to chase her for a reply. She's easy to reach and is always available and engaging. She is very prompt and responsive in her replies which are sometimes outside of office hours. Hoping that she will stay on longer than our last two PMs.

My review is not about Pacific Quorum but about one of their Senior Property Administrators, Lori Kim, who has done a lot work for me on behalf of our Strata. I have found Lori to be extremely capable, responsive, highly efficient, and very dedicated in the performance of her work. In an demanding field where good administrators are hard to find, Lori is a much appreciated breath of fresh air.

I have been happy having Pacific Quorum manage my strata for the past 3 years. I am particularly impressed with their website portal PQ Online. I have spoken to Jennifer Lord a few times over the years and she has been prompt and helpful with all my questions. Keep up the great work Pacific Quorum!

As a council member at Belmond Park NW1374. I was so pleased working with Elena Vinarskaia! (in 2020). Her service goes above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommended working with Elena.
