The maintenance level in our Clayton Rise Complex is ongoing routinely. When items for repair are required, it is addressed when a report from a resident has been activated and sent to the strata management. I have realized that a collaborative relationship is a vital link to maintain proper repair service. Attention was required in an area where the wooden fence are becoming weaker due to wood rot. It was fixed. Having said that, I suggest an inspection be initiated for the wood trimming at the base of the canopy pillars in front of many front door entrances.

I rarely write reviews but when something is either really great or really bad, it warrants a review to help others when making their own choices to go with the company/product. I am a counsel member and caretaker and I have seen several management companies come and go.. Being a (volunteer) counsel member is not an easy job and we hire on managers to help lesson the burden and make it easier on the counsel. That is what we pay them to do.. however it is rare to find a good management company. You often sign on with them because their pitch sounds great and they make all the promises to help your building.. then when you sign on with them, you realize that you were wrong in doing so.. Things often fall through the cracks and emails go un answered.. That is not the experience that we have had with this company.. upon signing on with this company they said something to me that stuck.. They do not over schedule or over book as they do not want to lead their employees to early burn out.. I feel a huge issue with companies is they tackle way to much and it leads them to a major burn out. They stop responding and things get lost and or forgotten.. This company has shown great professionalism with our more difficult range of counsel members and building issues. They offer productive suggestions and they have a great turnaround time. Grant Hastings, specifically has been a pleasure to work with. Their Admins have also shown tremendous support and we appreciate all of their help. I would highly recommend this company to ease the burdens that comes with being on counsel...

He has been always promptly response to my email with thorough information and detailed explanation to my questions.
