Our strata manager Cynthia from Ascent has been helping me a lot. I have been working with Cynthia for many years. She’s very responsive replying my email and resolved my issues. She’s friendly, helpful and provides great advice. For any urgent issue, she quickly follow up and let us know. She’s knowledgeable, patient and professional. She is a reliable strata manager and I’m glad to work with her.

Ascent manages our building in North Surrey and as a Strata President, I have no complaints. Our previous strata managers were 50/50 for performance, but our current strata manager Cynthia is great, 100 percent great. Timely communication, professional conduct, and overall pleasant experience working with Cynthia and Ascent. We renewed our contract with Ascent due to their exceptional service and will continue to do so, given their superb track record with us. Keep up the good work, Ascent! Thanks for all the help!
