I lived in one of the rental buildings in downtown Vancouver, BC for 4 years which was maintained by Korecki Real Estate Services Inc. and I found their services to be very timely and professional. The building manager Chris is a very nice, reasonable, approachable and friendly person. The unit provided good value for money as it was completely furnished including all utilities.

I have had such a fantastic experience with Korecki finding my new home downtown! I've been especially impressed with Sasha and Chris. The excellent response time has made all the difference. I would highly recommend them to help you find your home and hopefully you'll be lucky enough to get to work with the two of them :)

Since Korecki took over the management of the building that I own and live in the running of the building has been so much better. The communication with our new manager Mike is much easier. This is so important for us as we have a large Strata.

I've had a few instances where I've had to call to get documents, answers to questions, and general help with issues. I've always received a friendly person on the other end who is happy to help. It's always been a positive experience!
