Coast to coast, Condo Corporations have been facing steep increases to both premiums and deductibles. The IBC announced on Tuesday that a risk manager was being engaged to work with condominiums to increase awareness on how insurers view risk and evaluate properties. I'm in the middle of trying to find a place to rent. I came across having to deal with Gateway Property. I dealt with many other property management companies and none of their customer service wow'ed me with their services other than Gateway Property Management Delta. I called to inquire and a girl name Maggie helped me and eased my worries about the privacy screening not like anyone else, who seem to just tell me that's how it is and not explain the process. Maggie took her time and showed her care for potential clients. Keep it up!

My property in Coquitlam is managed by Tanja Durik and Mercy Mohan out of the Delta office. I cannot say enough FABULOUS things about them. Not only are they very responsive to all my inquiries, they are extremely detailed oriented and super knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend these fabulous ladies that work for Gateway PMC. Five star *****!
