Peiman and Pouria are both very smart and deliver excellent service. They helped me with my large renovation project both for the structural engineering and construction management. The engineering work was done quickly and was pragmatic, finding workarounds to solve some complex areas. Ultimately I decided to manage construction myself but they were still helpful in connecting me with competent tradespeople and we generally a great resource. These guys are active in the market and know local construction in Vancouver. Good experience and would recommend.
