Versailles Building & Design is the only company we would consider using for any kind of building or renovation work that we would do again in the future. Jeffrey and his team have worked on two major renovations in our home. They were completed professionally and with an eye to detail that both of us as homeowners expect and quite frankly demand. We trust him implicitly to always make the right decisions and guide us when it comes to making the correct choices for products, fittings etc.. We see Jeffrey not only as our contractor and designer but also now as our friend. A more personable and professional person you could not wish to meet. He cares as much about our house as we do. Jeffrey has also helped with the space arrangement, lighting design and installation at my own personal Art & Photographic Gallery, making it a modern and functional working environment. We worked well with Versailles and the able team doing a major renovation to a 32 year old condo. The company has a good relationship with suppliers in the industry and Jeffrey is very organized in terms of getting permits with City of Vancouver.The Versailles team are very cordial and good about making sure the site is clean at the end of each day. Workmanship is done to a high standard with Jeffrey attentive to detail. We had our own designer who Jeffrey worked with very successfully. Finally, we received regular monthly reports itemizing expenses incurred. I would not hesitate to recommend Versailles and would use them again in a heartbeat.
